Yes this is me at the gym BELLY out. I'm sweating so bad and need air. A month ago I would have never done this. I am DETERMINED to end up going to gym in just my sports bra one day. I'm proud of my progress. I will keep showing this skin even if not perfect.

I have done this type of "transformation" of my body about 3 ... who am I kidding...300 times... "I will start tomorrow" is one of my favorite things to say. However no one is promised tomorrow. My dear mother died in 2018 of cancer. That moment made me reevaluate my life, my priorities, my focus, my attitude. I knew I needed to be healthy for my family and myself. Well 3 years later, I am actually doing it. So never be afraid to start. And if you take a pause, push that start button again. No more excuses, no more tomorrows, TODAY. Start it today! Do it today! Do something today to move. Take a walk, yoga, stretch, abs, lift, dance, anything that gets you moving. You can do it!
